HOW IT WORKS

Simply select a day and time that works for you, fill out the form, and pay. If you cannot find the appointment time that works for you, please give us a call at (405)805-6191.

On your scheduled testing date, drive up to our testing site located at Project 3810 on 3810 N. Tulsa Ave. Oklahoma City, OK 73112. Do NOT get out of your car. There are no public restrooms at this location.

Once you arrive, a staff member will greet you. If you incur a wait longer than five minutes, please call us at (405)805-6191.

You’ll receive your results via a phone call from a live person. You will also receive a document in your account on our patient portal. (Must be logged in to view results.)
